Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors have interalia approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing  bligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, [“SEBI (LODR)”], we are enclosing copy of the said Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 along with the Limited Review Report (Standalone & Consolidated) issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company, M/s. T.P. Ostwal & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, in respect of the said results.
