Intimation of Board Meeting

Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, November 08, 2025 to take on record, inter-alia the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Further, pursuant to our intimation dated September 26, 2025, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by any “Insider” covered under Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Jayant Agro-Organics Limited, is closed from Wednesday, October 01, 2025 to Tuesday, November 11, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the aforesaid purpose.
