Further, pursuant to our intimation dated June 26, 2025, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by any “Insider” covered under Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Jayant Agro-Organics Limited, is closed from Tuesday, July 01, 2025 to Tuesday, July 29, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the aforesaid purpose.
