Intimation of Board Meeting

Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, February 10, 2024 to take on record, interalia the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023. Further, pursuant to our intimation dated December 28, 2023, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by any “Insider” covered under Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Jayant Agro-Organics Limited, is closed from Monday, January 01, 2024 to Tuesday, February 13, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the aforesaid purpose.
