Intimation of Board Meeting

Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 24, 2025 to take on record, inter-alia the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025 and to consider and recommend declaration of dividend on equity shares, if any, for the Financial Year 2024-2025 at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
