Further, pursuant to our intimation dated September 29, 2023, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by any “Insider” covered under Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Jayant Agro-Organics Limited, is closed from Sunday, October 01, 2023 to Tuesday, October 31, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the aforesaid purpose.
