Outcome of Board meeting

The Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 31, 2026 has approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing  obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, [SEBI (LODR)] we are enclosing copy of the said Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 along with the Limited Review Report (Standalone & Consolidated) issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company, M/s. T.P. Ostwal & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, in respect of the said results.
