Outcome of the Board Meeting for Q3 2022-23

The Board of Directors have interalia approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing copy of the said Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022 alongwith the Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors of the Company, M/s. T.P. Ostwal & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, in respect of the said Results. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11.30 am and concluded at 01.00 p.m.
